MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET (was Re: [Chandler-dev] Feeds parcel is now a plugin egg - please "make purge")

If MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET is set to any value then that value is used 
and you could get complaints because of mismatches.

But if you unset that value then the value is discovered by querying 
the OS and everyone is happy.
