[Chandler-dev] qacosmo has moved to cosmo-0.3

I have just replaced the cosmo server running on qacosmo with today's  
osaf-server-bundle of cosmo-0.3.

The previous server was running cosmo-0.2.8 bundle.

This was in preparation for the upcoming cosmo-0.3 release.

I will not be replacing the server again until either:
a) A release candidate is announced .
or
b) A significant bug was fixed which justifies updating the server.

PS. As an added bonus the new bundle comes with scooby, so if anyone  
would like to view their Chandler calendars on scooby they can do so  
on this server :)
