[Chandler-dev] Tinderbox email notifications

I've just changed the email notification script to now look at the 
quick builds (kona, maunaloa and molokini) instead of the full builds.

This will prevent any wx or build changes from spawning multiple 
notifications that I'm sure everyone was ignoring :)

Please start paying attention to any notifications you now receive.
