[Dev] Help with chandler

How did you launch Chandler? (I always use the command line myself...)
Did you have a previous version of Chandler installed?
Do you have an existing repository you want to use? (if you don't mind 
loosing the old repository, I'd recommend starting with a clean slate. 
Add "--create" to the command line).
