[Dev] Make cvs diffs now

In case you won't be able to check in all your current changes in time
for the move to subversion, I would advice you to do cvs diff (create
patch) of you current work *now*.

You can then apply that patch into your newly fresh svn tree tomorrow
and continue almost uninterrupted.

This just in case we run into any trouble about doing cvs diffs after
cvs has been made readonly...

Hints:
* cvs add all dirs and files
* cvs diff -uN will capture new files as well
