This week Lisa, Katie, and Mimi will lead a discussion  about the goals 
for the 0.6 release.
Chandler release 0.6 is largely scoped out, many features have been
described in specifications, and development began (officially) a few
weeks ago after the design phase (officially) ended.  

What is 0.6? What will we achieve?  What is the feature set?  We'll try to answer these
questions and other Chandler 0.6 planning questions in this week's
chat.
