[Dev] Tinderbox server has been moved

The Tinderbox server has been moved from oahu to paniolo.  All of the  
existing builds.osafoundation.org url's should work - please let me  
know if you find any that don't.

The windows and osx demo branch builds have been moved to their own  
tree Chandler-D - it will take a couple cycles for their tbox info to  
clear out from the Chandler tree.
Cosmo now has it's own tree, so if you are interested in that please  
monitor it.
