[Dev] Build errors on OS X - mactoolbox glue and quicktime errors

What you need to download is the XCode 1.5 update (which includes the  
latest QuickTime SDK) and also the November 2004 gcc 3.3 Updater.

Upgrading these will get past the error I mentioned below.  They can  
both be found at connect.apple.com (free registration required).
