[Dev] Adding a new (short) milestone to 0.6 cycle

The apps team will need about 3 more weeks to finish their 0.6 features.
We have added 0.6.06 milestone to accommodate that. The schedule for 0.6
now looks like:

0.5.05 	   	24 Aug 2005
0.5.06 	  	14 Sep 2005
0.6 Release 	2 Nov 2005 (tentative)

The services team is expected to finish new feature work in the current
(0.5.05) milestone, and will be polishing their features as well as
helping the apps team and with performance work where possible in the
additional milestone.
