[Dev] Milestone numbering going forward

Hi,

After 24 more hours and a long weekend, no one voted one way or another 
on this issue so, here's the final count:
1- Forward: (0.7xxx)
   5 "+1" votes
2- Backward: (0.6xxx)
   1 "+1"vote
3- Chads, null and plain weird
    0... :)

So, we'll go with a "forward" 0.7xxx version numbering on the trunk.

We now need to make the scheme really clear (as suggested by PJE and 
Alec who came with their contributions) but I think I'll leave Heikki 
drive that one from now on.
