[Dev] archiving of some of the Chandler branch items

Heikki just raised a good point - we have links in various places 
referring to the branch paths my moving things around would break links 
- not a Good Thing.

/me deletes the archive_branch script

We may have to revisit this issue once the branch count starts getting 
big enough to bog down GUI tools - but that isn't a concern at the 
moment.
