[Dev] CVS to Subversion move plan

That is the method I am testing right now - what I did was find out 
what reports bonsai receives from cvs to populate the back-end database 
and I've gathered the various svnlook commands to generate that 
information.  My test scripts currently generate a bonsai compatible 
email for about 80% and with some of the pointers you just gave I may 
be able to get to 100%
