[Dev] Milestone 0.3.18 tomorrow (Tuesday)

The cvshistory cgi will let you query by user, based on the CVS 
repository's own history data (so it shouldn't be missing any 
checkins).  Unfortunately our ViewCVS installation (at 
http://cvs.osafoundation.org/ ) no longer includes a link to 
cvshistory, but you can get to it directly here:
