Hi, I'm a Chandler novice, just beginning to look at the architecture. I
played a bit with M_11 (the end-user version) a week or so ago, and just
downloaded the debug version of M_12 and fired it up. (These are the Windows
versions; I'm running Win 2000.) A couple of comments:

- When starting M_12, it complained about a missing msvcr70.dll
(msvcr70d.dll is present; don't know why it wanted the non-debug DLL). I
copied that from the M_11 directory, and it started OK.

- On both M_11 and M_12, the only parcels that show up in the left side
window are MrMenus and the repository viewer. I notice that there are
several other parcels in the distro, including the timeclock example and
zaobao. From what I've been able to discover so far, I can't see where
it's decided which parcels to make available. Am I missing something
  trivial?

Any good words appreciated,
