[Dev] Chandler's version of Python

I looked on the Wiki for some information about the differences between
Chandler's version of Python and the standard distributions, but couldn't
find it (is Chandler's wxPython also different?).  Can someone enlighten me
about this?  I hope to start writing a parcel fairly soon, and I'd like to
be savvy about this.
