[Dev] Tinderbox status

[Mark Jaffe]

The tinderbox stopped yesterday evening, due to disk errors on one of 
the hard drives. I am planning on running diagnostics this morning, and 
will restart the tinderbox processes once we have completed today's 
Milestone 0.3.22 build.
