[Dev] The sun is setting on ViewerParcels

Hi:

ViewerParcels are going away and we're replacing them with CPIA 
documents. As a step towards documents we're moving Chandler to the new 
repository. This breaks all the existing ViewerParcels. To test out the 
conversion to the new repository, I've converted MrMenus to the new 
repository. Jed's going to convert the RepositoryViewer to the new 
repository. Documents won't be done for quite a while, so while we're 
working on them, we thought the RepositoryViewer would be useful. But 
we're not planning on converting the remaining ViewerParcels.

On Monday, 3 November, I'm going to tag the CVS trunk and check in my 
changes which breaks the ViewerParcels. You're welcome to convert your 
ViewerParcels to the new repository, but they won't be supported when 
documents appear.
