If this is mostly moot, can I translate that to mean "if it works
reliably for all the parcels, you can make the change" or should I
translate that as "it's not worth the time to think about this"?
I can believe either version: it's a fairly minor change, but it's
also a fairly minor problem (only affects when the user first fires up
Chandler if s/he was last in Repository Viewer, and when the user
employs the back button to back out of another ViewerParcel).
