What is Canoga? I've never heard this name before, and some searches
didn't turn up anything relevant.

There are some places where you wrote "public key" but I think you meant
"private key"; e.g. if you lose your public key you can regenerate it
from the private key but if you lose your private key you are screwed.

It's probably a good idea to use standard terminology, like "nonce" or
"password capability" instead of "obfuscated URL"

Overall this looks pretty reasonable.
