[Dev] Moz/Minotaur and Chandler

What can I do now but guess based on very little data.

OSAF has decided on wxPython instead of XUL as it's solution from cross 
platform UI.  It seems unlikely that we will go back on the decision at 
this point, no matter how wonderful an e-mail client minotaur is.

Also, the theory is that Chandler isn't really an e-mail client, but a 
fresh look at managing the information flow, and tweaking an existing 
e-mail client, even if we were XUL based, may not be the right path.

So my guess, based on nothing more than how the air seems to taste 
today, is that the Phoenix/Minotaur split of Mozilla will probably have 
very little effect on Chandler.
